Returns & Exchanges

Please submit your exchange request to info@shopezwigs.com

One of our customer service representatives will respond to your request within 1-2 business days. 

Eg: If the request is sent on a Saturday we will respond to you on Monday. 

 

Returns and Exchanges are only applicable to Virgin wigs in their original state. (no removal of tags or lace from the wig.) within 7 days of delivery. 

Please be advise that if 'Yes' is selected for the 'lace cut' option on a product, the item cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Faux wigs and accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For items returned in their original state,  store credit will be issued within the first 7 days of receipt, as long as your order is still in its original state condition as suggested above. 

Please be advised that ALL exchanges are subjected to product availability at the requested time. Therefore, please allow 2-3 weeks prior to any hair appointments, travel plans, and special occasions to complete your exchange request.

It is highly recommended that you take full advantage of all available resources i.e. photos, how-to videos via our instagramFAQs , and customer service team prior to placing your order.
